How Diamond Fleet collects, uses, protects and shares information across our website and the Diamond Fleet driver mobile application.

Diamond Fleet ("Diamond Fleet", "we", "us") is a pharmacy delivery and dispatch software company headquartered in Anaheim, California, USA. This policy covers (a) our website at www.diamondfleet.app and (b) the Diamond Fleet driver mobile application for Android and iOS (the "App"). When pharmacies use Diamond Fleet to deliver medications, limited recipient information (such as name, delivery address and order reference) is processed on behalf of the pharmacy solely to complete and document the delivery. Driver-facing data is minimized to what the delivery requires, protected by role-based access, and handled in line with our HIPAA-aligned safeguards. We do not use patient information for marketing and we do not sell it.
We share information only with service providers that help us run the platform, under agreements limiting their use of it:
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. The App does not use location or any other data for third-party advertising, and it does not "track" users across other companies' apps or websites as defined by Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework.
Driver account data is kept while the account is active. Delivery records (timestamps, proof of delivery) are retained as long as needed to meet our operational, contractual and regulatory documentation obligations toward pharmacy partners, then deleted or anonymized. Diagnostics are retained on Google's standard Crashlytics/Performance retention schedules.
Drivers can delete their account directly inside the App (Account → Delete account), which removes the account and associated personal data except records we are legally required to keep. You can also request deletion by emailing sales@diamondfleet.app from your registered address; we respond within 30 days.
All traffic between the App, the website and our servers is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS). Authentication credentials on the device are stored in the operating system's secure storage (Android Keystore / iOS Keychain). Access to operational data is role-based, and every delivery stage is logged to a tamper-evident audit trail. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information with industry-standard safeguards.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing.
California residents may request: (a) the categories and specific pieces of personal information we hold, (b) deletion, and (c) correction. We do not sell or "share" personal information as those terms are defined in the CCPA, so no opt-out is required. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights. The App is intended for professional drivers aged 18 or older, and our website is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children; if you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Each permission is requested in context, and the App explains why before asking. You can withdraw permissions in your device settings; some features (such as receiving orders while on shift) will not function without location access.
Our services are operated from the United States. If you access them from elsewhere, your information will be processed in the U.S. under this policy.
We may update this policy as the product evolves. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date, and — for changes affecting drivers — announced in the App.
