Pricing built around your delivery volume
Diamond Fleet doesn't use a fixed, one-size-fits-all price list — every pharmacy, chain and fleet has a different delivery volume, driver mix and integration need. Here's how pricing actually works.

Why custom pricing, not a fixed price list?
Delivery cost structures vary enormously by volume, geography and driver arrangement. A per-delivery rate that makes sense for a single independent pharmacy doing 50 deliveries a month looks completely different at 5,000 deliveries a month across 40 locations. A custom quote means you're not paying for a pricing model built for someone else's operation.
What goes into a quote
Your delivery volume, number of locations, driver/fleet arrangement, and integration complexity with your existing pharmacy system — all scoped in a short conversation, not a long procurement process.

Connecting to your payment processor
Diamond Fleet does not collect or store card numbers. When payment features are enabled for your account, card details are entered directly into your payment provider's hosted fields and never pass through a Diamond Fleet server.
Connected during onboarding
Your account is connected to the payment gateway you already use. We do not ask you to move processors to work with us.
Card data stays with the processor
Cardholders enter details in the provider's own secure fields. Diamond Fleet receives a payment token and the settlement result — never the card number.
Driver and partner settlement
Payouts are calculated from the delivery record itself, under whatever arrangement you already have in place with your drivers.
