A delivery platform built for pharmacies — not adapted for them
Every other delivery platform serves pharmacy as one vertical among many. When a pharmacy requirement competes with a grocery requirement on their roadmap, you already know how that ends. Here that question does not exist.
Not a delivery platform with a healthcare setting.

What running pharmacy delivery usually feels like
Today
- A patient calls, and someone has to call the driver to answer
- A delivery fails and the reason lives in one person's memory
- Delivery cost is one line on a monthly invoice
- Orders get retyped from one screen into another
- Controlled items rely on a driver remembering the rule
- An audit means reconstructing months from a group chat
With Diamond Fleet
- Anyone in the pharmacy can answer without picking up a phone
- A failed delivery produces a record, not a gap
- Cost is visible at the level you can actually act on
- Orders arrive from the system you already run
- Controlled items are handled as their own category
- The answer to an audit already exists before it is asked
A specialized pharmacy platform, not a generic tool
Most delivery solutions are general-purpose tools adapted for healthcare. Diamond Fleet was designed from the ground up for the precision, accountability and privacy that regulated delivery demands.

Diamond Fleet
Everything a delivery operation runs on
Nine capabilities working on one real-time data layer, shared across the admin website and the driver app.
System integration
Connects to the pharmacy's existing system — orders flow automatically, no manual entry, no disruptive migration.
Smart dispatch & scheduling
Automatic routing, stop prioritization, driver scheduling and per-driver assignment to maximize fleet utilization.
Timing & accountability
A timestamp for every stage, from both dispatch and driver sides, pinpointing exactly where a delay occurred.
Live fleet map
Real-time visibility of active and inactive drivers, and the nearest driver to every pharmacy location.
Returns & cash collection
Full documentation of returns and collected amounts, with proof at every step protecting all parties.
Flexible automatic payments
Settlement calculated and paid automatically — by hour, mile, package, or any combination — for any contractual model.
Live tracking & estimates
ETA vs. real-time comparison of stops, distance and duration — surfacing performance gaps automatically.
Comprehensive analytics
Order volume, delivery rates and costs by period, route, package and driver — an objective basis for decisions.
Driver performance
Hours adherence, time-overrun alerts and delivered-vs-undelivered breakdowns per driver.
See what dispatch automation could save your operation
Adjust the numbers to your delivery volume and see an estimate based on typical efficiency gains from route optimization and reduced manual entry.
These figures are an illustrative model, not a measured result or a performance guarantee. They assume a 20% efficiency gain, a common planning assumption for route optimization and dispatch automation in last-mile delivery. Actual results depend on your current process, fleet size and delivery mix — request a demo for a tailored assessment.
We ran delivery operations before we wrote software for them
Most delivery platforms are built by logistics companies who then adapt them for healthcare, or by software teams who researched the problem. Diamond Fleet came out of running the work — dispatching, driving, handing medication to patients, and answering for it when something went wrong — across multiple markets before a line of the platform was written.
The features exist because the problems did
Operation-specific stop types, returns with a documented reason, cash collected at the door, proof captured against the order rather than in a driver's phone — none of these came from a feature list. They came from the days when their absence cost us something.
We know what a pharmacist is actually worried about
Not route efficiency. Whether the medication reached the right person, whether there is a record if anyone asks later, and whether a driver saw more than they needed to. The platform is organized around those three questions because we had to answer them ourselves.
Operations across the United States, Egypt and Saudi Arabia
Delivery is not the same problem in every market. Different labour arrangements, different regulators, different languages spoken on the same route. Running the work in the United States, Egypt and Saudi Arabia is what pushed the platform toward configurable settlement, role boundaries and five-language support from the start — rather than bolting them on for the first customer who asked.
We still operate deliveries today. When the platform makes something harder than it should be, we are the ones who feel it first.
One platform, three ways to run on it
Diamond Fleet is both an operating delivery company and the software that powers delivery operations for others.
We run deliveries directly
Diamond Fleet operates as a delivery company in its own right, with the flexibility to assume part or all of an operation.
- Own fleet & driver network
- California-based, U.S.-ready
- Flexible scope of service
For pharmacies of any size
Independent pharmacies and large chains connect their existing systems and run delivery through one dashboard.
- No disruptive migration
- HIPAA-aligned by design
- Full cost visibility per order
A platform for your fleet, too
Other delivery businesses license the platform itself to dispatch, track and settle payments across their own drivers.
- White-label ready dispatch engine
- Configurable settlement models
- Analytics across your whole fleet

Built to survive a security review, not to display a badge
We do not hold SOC 2 yet, and we will not print a mark we have not earned. What we can show is how the platform is built — and we will walk your compliance and IT security teams through it directly.
Data protection aligned with HIPAA standards, by design
Patient and prescription data is protected at every stage — data exposed to the driver is minimized to only what is necessary.
Data protection
Patient and prescription data secured across every delivery stage.
Role-based access
Each user sees only what their task requires — no more.
Documented delivery
Photo and signature proof of delivery for every order.
Audit trail
Full documentation of every operation supports auditing and compliance.

Routes, proof of delivery and live navigation, in your driver's pocket.
Built to connect to your payment processor
This is the checkout and billing interface — wired to accept real payments once your bank account and payment gateway (e.g. Stripe) are connected on the backend.
